Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43014553) dated (10/28/1443 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received an email from the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences on (23/5/2022 AD), It includes the importance of adhering to the rules and regulations issued by the National Center for Monitoring Environmental Compliance and working by them, and improving the conditions of the exhibition and conference centers and temporary facilities according to the instructions received, according to the following:
- Obtaining the necessary permits for noise during the implementation of the National Center for Monitoring Environmental Compliance activities following the Noise Executive Regulations.
- Commitment to the waste disposal mechanism according to the regulations.
- Anyone who engages in environmental activities with an environmental impact shall submit to the National Center for Environmental Compliance Control a plan to correct his situation before the corrective period expires on 12/2/1443 AH.
